Associate Director, HEOR & RWE

About the role

The Associate Director, HEOR & RWE will lead evidence generation for Servier’s oncology pipeline, focusing on early‑stage strategies that address unmet medical needs, access barriers and value gaps before product launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive evidence strategies, including health‑economic models, comparative effectiveness analyses and patient‑reported outcome (PRO) integration for pipeline assets such as Emi‑Le (ACC) and DAY301.
• Design and oversee real‑world evidence (RWE) studies—database analyses, chart reviews, prospective registries—and innovative external control arms to contextualize single‑arm trial data.
• Collaborate with clinical development, medical affairs and access teams to ensure launch‑ready dossiers, AMCP submissions and value narratives are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with global Servier counterparts to align US evidence plans with worldwide value stories and manage alliance reviews.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in Health Outcomes, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology or related field with oncology experience.
• Minimum 6 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry within HEOR, RWE or medical evidence generation, demonstrating expertise in early‑stage pipeline evidence strategy.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory and payer landscape for oncology therapies.
