Associate Director, Global Product Management – Hips

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Associate Director to lead global upstream product management for its hip portfolio. The role will shape market requirements, define product strategies, and collaborate across functions to bring innovative hip solutions to market, driving growth and competitive differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct upstream marketing for the global hip portfolio, including market assessment, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing.
• Define global market requirements and product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Engage with surgeons, customers, and competitors to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate business goals into actionable product plans and business cases, including pricing, investment, and expected returns.
• Partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, operations, and downstream teams to move concepts through development to launch.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global product management for medical devices, preferably orthopedics.
• Strong ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and develop portfolio strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of building and defending business cases for new products.
