About the role

The Associate Director leads the design, development, and delivery of customized Executive Education programs and serves as the primary relationship manager for corporate clients at Mays Business School.

Key responsibilities

Develop trusted relationships with corporate leaders and strategic partners.
Identify opportunities to address complex business challenges.
Design and deliver customized executive learning solutions.
Manage executive‑level client engagements from discovery through evaluation.
Partner with faculty to create impactful learning experiences.
Lead cross‑functional teams through successful program delivery.

Required profile

Eight or more years of experience in executive education, leadership development, consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, adult learning, or related discipline.
Strong business acumen, curiosity, collaboration, and commitment to service.
Ability to build authentic, long‑term relationships and think strategically.
