Associate Director, Commercial Training

About the role

Deciphera is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Commercial Training to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that will prepare the commercial organization for the launch of tirabrutinib, a novel BTK inhibitor for relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with launch objectives and brand positioning.
• Design learning experiences that translate clinical data and market insights into actionable knowledge for sales teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales Operations to ensure consistent messaging and readiness.
• Identify capability gaps, create targeted curricula, and continuously measure training effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all training materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial training or sales enablement within the pharmaceutical or biopharma sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on translating complex scientific information into clear learning content.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering impactful training programs.
