Associate Degree Nursing Technical Instructor

About the role

Columbus Technical College is seeking a dedicated Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Technical Instructor to deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to nursing students. The full‑time, exempt position supports curriculum development, student assessment, and program compliance across multiple counties in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide classroom, lab, and clinical instruction to ADN students.
• Develop lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials aligned with state standards.
• Assess student progress, deliver feedback, and maintain certification documentation.
• Ensure safety protocols in training labs and clinical settings.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to achieve academic goals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid Georgia or eNLC RN license in good standing.
• Strong instructional, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
