Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation

About the role

The Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation will support the Dealer Quality department at Santander, helping to automate and enhance dealer monitoring and performance analysis. This role combines data analysis, process engineering, and business transformation to drive efficient, high‑quality dealer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate line‑of‑business problems into technical requirements, process changes, test cases and data mappings.
• Create and update business requirements and documentation for automated solutions.
• Incorporate automation tools to improve dealer monitoring and accelerate issue identification.
• Conduct dealer performance reviews, analyze portfolio data and assess quality review effectiveness.
• Design end‑to‑end processes, identify technical challenges and propose solutions.
• Compile and report data to executive management following policies and procedures.
• Support the transition of reporting to Power BI and maintain ongoing dashboards.

Required profile

• Emerging talent with experience in Python and SQL.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
• Understanding of process engineering and process flow documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting dealer portfolio trends.
• Ability to drive consensus on complex business solutions.
