Associate Data Scientist

About the role

Paramount is looking for an Associate Data Scientist to join its analytics team. In this entry‑level position you will help build machine‑learning‑powered analyses and products that influence business strategy, optimize content, and improve the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into clear problem statements, success metrics, and quantitative solutions.
• Develop and maintain reliable ML/analytics pipelines, working with engineering to productionize and monitor models.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders through visualizations and storytelling.
• Collaborate across the Product organization to operationalize data‑science solutions that inform strategy.
• Contribute to data‑science best practices via documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in Python and SQL.
• Ability to translate business problems into data problems.
• Comfort writing production‑quality code in a collaborative environment.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Judgment to balance technical rigor with business adoption.
• Willingness to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
