Associate Consultant, Market Access

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking an Associate Consultant to support pharmaceutical clients in navigating pricing, reimbursement, and market access challenges across global markets. You will work within a collaborative team, conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering evidence‑based recommendations that drive successful commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on pricing, reimbursement, market access, and healthcare policy.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover strategic insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and present evidence‑based recommendations and strategic roadmaps for clients.
• Support project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree valued but not required.
• 2‑4 years of experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
