Associate – Building Assessments

About the role

We are seeking a technically‑savvy Associate to join our Property Condition Assessments team. You will work directly with owners, operators, and institutional investors, guiding them through the full building lifecycle from acquisition to long‑term capital planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage property inspections and technical due‑diligence projects.
• Advise clients on capital planning, building performance strategy, and forecasting.
• Oversee reporting, quality control, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth, client relationship development, and service innovation.
• Mentor junior staff, contribute to training programs, and help define technical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities consulting.
• Strong understanding of building systems, relevant codes, and capital forecasting.
• Proven experience managing people and client‑facing project work.
• Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
