Associate Brand Manager

About the role

The Associate Brand Manager will support the delivery of volume, profit and share targets for the Constellation Brands Beer Division portfolio. Working as a cross‑functional leader, you will help shape brand strategy, drive growth and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing short‑ and long‑term marketing objectives and brand positioning.
• Support the Brand Manager and Consumer Insights team in refining target audiences.
• Help develop and launch integrated, all‑in programs across national and local markets.
• Participate in creative development and rollout of advertising campaigns across all channels.
• Lead brand business analysis, monitoring performance against goals using internal and external data.
• Drive organic social strategy for the beer brand family, working with the agency of record.
• Collaborate with Media Planning, Retail/Trade Marketing, Lifestyle & Experiential, and On‑Premise teams to design promotions and events.
• Work with Field Marketing to ensure local execution of strategies.
• Coordinate R&D, Packaging and Regulatory teams for product and packaging improvements.
• Manage day‑to‑day brand budget, maintaining forecasts and monthly updates.
