Associate Attorney

About the role

Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane Conway & Wise is seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of general litigation experience. The successful candidate will join a national litigation firm that handles multi‑state mass‑tort, class‑action, and individual lawsuits, working directly with clients who have suffered fraud, negligence, or misconduct.

Key responsibilities

• Represent individuals and entities in complex mass‑tort, class‑action, and individual litigation matters.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage case files, coordinate discovery, and liaise with clients and experts.
• Handle complex factual and legal challenges independently while collaborating with senior attorneys.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of general litigation experience.
• Active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a vibrant personality.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Collaborative, problem‑solving mindset and genuine care for client work.
