Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning (NPI)

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring an Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning (NPI) in its GTC location. The NPI Analyst supports engineering resource planning for new product introduction and qualification by turning data into clear insight and resource visibility. The role is primarily analytics-focused and partners across teams to keep priorities aligned. It is a graduate position with about 10% travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze engineering resource demand, workload trends and planning gaps across NPI and qualification activities
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and summaries that support resource decisions and milestone visibility
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to gather inputs, align priorities and surface execution risks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in NPI, engineering operations, project planning, resource analysis or manufacturing support is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Required skills

• Strong ability to analyze planning data and turn it into actionable insight
• Ability to track workload, milestones and resource needs across multiple priorities
• Ability to work across teams to gather information, clarify issues and maintain alignment
• Familiarity with reporting tools, planning systems and spreadsheet-based analysis is a plus
