About the role

The company is looking for an Assistente de Pendência to monitor and control operational incidents, ensuring process efficiency and providing support to its units. This role operates in a fast‑paced logistics environment, handling a variety of issues such as shortages, excesses, exchanges, and damages.

Key responsibilities

• Track operational incidents including pending items, absences, surpluses, exchanges and damages.
• Notify relevant parties and record each incident accurately.
• Prepare indemnification processes when required.
• Monitor and follow up on billing actions against the company.
• Generate daily reports on pending issues.
• Search for and trace merchandise across different units.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and agility in responding to operational demands.
• Good communication skills for interaction across various channels.
