Assistant Store Manager

About the role

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operational success and performance of the store, leading by example to foster growth, high standards, sales performance, service quality, customer loyalty and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellent omnichannel customer service, supervise sales, and maintain brand quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze indicators, define action plans, and supervise CRM activities.
• Manage store stock, inventory rotation, and coordinate with Merchandising and Area Managers.
• Define quantitative and qualitative objectives, conduct performance assessments, and support staff training and onboarding.
• Maintain store image, safety, compliance with labor laws, and oversee administrative and accounting operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven leadership experience in menswear retail.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
• Strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs, with ability to motivate the team.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Experience using click‑and‑collect and other omnichannel digital tools.
• Ability to interpret sales data and track KPIs for performance improvement.
