About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Carter’s, you will be the first face of the brand for families, helping parents and grandparents discover baby essentials and school‑ready apparel. You will support the Store Manager in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment while driving sales and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to maintain a customer‑focused sales floor.
• Greet customers warmly, showcase product features, and assist with purchasing decisions.
