About the role

Join Pacsun as an Assistant Store Manager and help lead a vibrant, youth‑focused retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a customer‑focused mindset across the team and deliver an engaging, authentic shopping experience.
• Handle customer situations according to policy, aiming for positive resolutions and escalating when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom that promotes safety and maximizes the customer experience.
• Act as floor supervisor during non‑peak periods, covering breaks and supporting associates.
• Coach and provide feedback to sales associates, recognizing outstanding performance.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Support visual merchandising standards and drive efficiency in store processes.
• Monitor merchandise flow, presentation, and stockroom organization.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Accountability for operational tasks and adherence to company standards.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
