About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) in Tyler, TX, you will support customers with real financial needs while gaining hands‑on experience running a retail store. You will develop leadership skills by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a performance‑driven, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check‑cashing, and ancillary products.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service.
• Help prevent loss and charge‑off accounts through proactive monitoring and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to assess financial risk.
• Leadership potential and willingness to learn store operations.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and follow compliance procedures.
