Assistant Store Manager – Bellevue, WA

About the role

Beyond Yoga is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at its Bellevue, WA location. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold the brand’s values of body positivity and community connection.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily store procedures, including opening and closing, payroll, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and financial goals.
• Drive performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining store team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and recommend adaptations as needed.
• Oversee accurate product receiving, transfers, price changes, RTVs, and markdowns.
• Educate associates on customer service policies to prevent loss.
• Coach and develop staff, manage minor employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate on community events to increase brand awareness.
