Assistant Store Leader – Operations

About the role

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations to partner with the Store Leader in keeping the flagship store on Sunset Boulevard running smoothly. You will drive operational excellence, support the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by executing processes, systems, and standards efficiently.
• Oversee back‑of‑house functions including shipments, inventory accuracy, and organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability, escalating issues as needed.
• Process damages and returns while ensuring inventory precision.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology, reporting service requests promptly.
• Train the team on operational policies, safety, and loss‑prevention protocols.
• Provide floor leadership during peak hours, delivering warm, inclusive customer service.
• Lead training on product fit, function, and knowledge to boost confidence.
• Coach visual standards and product placement to keep the floor on‑brand.
• Utilize reporting tools and data to optimize inventory and meet KPI goals.
