About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a tenure‑track Assistant Professor in the Department of Vascular Surgery. This faculty position combines clinical practice, teaching, and research to advance vascular health and education.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality vascular surgical care to patients.
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in surgical techniques and patient management.
- Develop and conduct independent and collaborative research projects.
- Participate in departmental service, committees, and community outreach.
Required profile
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery.
- Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine, including teaching and research.
- Eligibility to work in the United States on the start date.
