Key responsibilities
- Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology.
- Establish an independent research program, publish scholarly work, and seek external funding.
- Mentor and advise students, including supervising graduate theses.

Required profile
- Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field.
