Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses, covering topics such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategy, Leadership, Hospitality Management, and Tourism.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and online content.
• Advise and mentor students, supporting their academic and career development.
• Maintain an active research program, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at academic conferences.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service, including curriculum development, assessment, and AACSB accreditation activities.

Required profile

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or DBA) in Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in university‑level teaching.
• Evidence of scholarly productivity or strong potential for research in management or related disciplines.
• Ability to teach in areas such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategy, Leadership, Hospitality Management, and Tourism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a collaborative, collegial approach.
