About the role
We are seeking a 9‑month Assistant Professor to join the faculty at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. This tenure‑track appointment offers the opportunity to contribute to teaching, research, and service within a vibrant academic community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in your discipline, fostering student learning and engagement.
- Develop and maintain an active research agenda, seeking external funding and publishing scholarly work.
- Participate in departmental, college, and university service, including committees, advising, and outreach.
- Mentor graduate students and contribute to curriculum development.
Required profile
- Doctoral degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated potential for high‑quality teaching and scholarship.

Required skills
