Assistant Multifamily Superintendent – Woodland Hills

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join the on‑site leadership team for a large multi‑family development in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. The project comprises 270 residential units, with two below‑grade levels of Type IA construction and five levels of Type IIIA wood framing, and a total budget of $97 million.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in daily site operations and coordination.
• Support scheduling, monitor progress, and update project timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage deliveries, and oversee site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between trades, design teams, and senior management.

Required profile

• Experience on multi‑family, mixed‑use, or podium‑style construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced construction environment.
