Assistant Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing plasma donation company seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Center Director. You will lead daily operations on the donor floor, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and help shape our culture as we expand rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations, manage donor flow, and maintain high retention.
• Collaborate with the Center Director on strategy, goals, and compliance.
• Lead by example, coach team members in real time, and monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional staff while fostering a growth‑focused culture.
• Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and keep the team aligned on daily priorities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and work in cold environments.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts as needed.
