Assistant, International Marketing

About the role

Warner Records is looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Assistant to support the International Marketing department. This entry‑level position will serve as the administrative backbone for senior leaders while acting as a key liaison between the US headquarters and global affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complex calendars for the Head of International Marketing and SVP of International Artist Marketing, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
• Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for executives and visiting artists, and process expense reports promptly.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure conference rooms and video links are ready.
• Manage the flow of creative assets—including music, artwork, video content, and photos—from the US team to international markets.
• Provide general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
