Assistant General Manager – Restaurant Management

About the role

Join Taco Bell as an Assistant General Manager in Colorado Springs and help lead a high‑performing restaurant team. You will drive performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop your path toward a General Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team members to maintain a positive, high‑performing environment.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to achieve profitability targets.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Minimum age of 18 and availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and safely using equipment.
