About the role
The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton is seeking an Assistant Dean of Workforce Education & Training to provide operational leadership for its certificate and degree programs. This senior academic administrator will ensure high‑quality instruction, effective program delivery, and alignment with industry needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce‑focused certificate and degree programs.
- Coordinate development of class schedules and manage academic processes in partnership with faculty.
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Vice Chancellor for Workforce & Industry Engagement to align curricula with employer requirements.
- Support faculty through resource allocation, program oversight and policy compliance.
- Work with other college administrators to ensure program operations adhere to institutional policies.
