About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton seeks a 9‑month, non‑tenure track faculty member to teach business courses and support student success.

Key responsibilities

Teach approximately 15 credit hours per semester, covering subjects such as Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Introduction to Business, and Personal Finance.
Maintain up to 15 hours of weekly office hours and be on campus at least 30 hours per week for advising, student meetings, and departmental duties.
Serve as academic advisor, assist students with scheduling, degree planning, and referrals to support services.
Participate in professional development, committee work, and college events, and keep accurate records of grades and syllabi.

Required profile

Minimum: Master’s degree in a business field (MBA) from an accredited institution.
Preferred: Experience in higher education.
