Assistant Coordinator, Brand Partnerships

About the role

Hollywood Branded is looking for a passionate, entry‑level Assistant Coordinator to support its Brand Partnerships team. You will work across brand partnerships, marketing, and sales, helping to create and execute pop‑culture‑driven campaigns for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit content such as blogs, social media posts, client assets, pitch decks, and publications.
• Assist in developing digital and influencer marketing strategies and coordinate influencer partnerships.
• Provide administrative and project support to brand partnerships, marketing, and sales departments.
• Support client account management and help execute brand partnership campaigns.
• Research potential brand clients, maintain client data, and aid the sales team in identifying new opportunities.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and public‑relations activities.
• Review scripts and content to spot product‑placement opportunities.
