Assistant Community Manager – Inspire Downtown

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Inspire Downtown community in San Antonio. The role supports the Community Manager by handling day‑to‑day financial and operational tasks, ensuring accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Operate Greystar’s property management software (Yardi/OneSite), entering transactions and maintaining data integrity.
• Review resident files to identify unpaid or late fees, communicate balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, reconcile work performed, obtain approvals, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Follow established eviction procedures, issue proper notices, represent the community in court hearings, and manage resident move‑out processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail for accurate financial record‑keeping.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to follow company policies on evictions and lease enforcement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
