About the role

The Assistant, Brand & Audience Services supports Warner Music Group's Global Brand & Audience team, helping to organise and execute high‑volume digital and physical marketing campaigns for marquee artists. This entry‑level position provides essential administrative and operational support, ensuring cross‑functional projects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Linkfire creation and execution process for catalog releases, ensuring all links are active, up‑to‑date and correctly routed across global territories.
• Monitor social platforms to identify trending audio and formats that align with catalog brand strategies, delivering real‑time insights to the Social Creative lead.
• Submit song attributions and conversions for TikTok and Meta original sounds.
• Update and create custom audiences, delivering them to Meta for retargeting campaigns.
• Provide broad administrative support to the Brand & Audience Services department, handling logistics, scheduling and documentation.
• Assist in organising cross‑functional projects and maintaining precise project tracking.
