Insomnia Cookies is seeking a full‑time Assistant Bakery Operations Manager (ABOM) for its Edgewood location in Atlanta. This leadership pipeline role is designed to develop future Bakery Operations Managers by handling near‑BOM responsibilities while building strong team and operational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing coordination, and administrative checklists.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience standards.
• Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Assist in creating schedules and managing labor to meet operational targets.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Provide real‑time coaching, performance feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the Bakery Operations Manager (BOM).
• Partner with the BOM and area leadership to identify gaps and implement solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
