Asset Procurement Administrator – AI Transformation Project

About the role

Microsoft is seeking an Asset Procurement Administrator to support its AI transformation project in Redmond. The role focuses on managing hardware assets, tracking inventory, and ensuring smooth procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hardware and peripheral management, including acquisition, tracking, and optimization.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Utilize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to document and share procurement data.
• Analyze procurement data to support data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in technology or a related industry with a focus on hardware management and procurement.
• Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
