Assembler 1 – Medical Device Production

About the role

Philips is seeking an Assembler 1 to join its medical device manufacturing team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The position works Monday‑Thursday, 5 am‑3:30 pm, and focuses on producing high‑quality medical devices while adhering to strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly operations following work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Complete in‑process quality checks to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow SOPs, equipment shutdown, and lockout procedures.
• Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, in compliance with GMP and the SPNC Quality System.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in medical‑device manufacturing is a plus.
• Reliability, attention to detail, effective communication, and good interpersonal skills.
