About the role

We are looking for reliable, detail‑oriented team members to join our Tray Pack department on the first shift. In this role you will help prepare and pack chicken products, ensuring they meet strict quality and safety standards while supporting timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Place chicken products on trays moving on a conveyor according to company specifications.
• Verify correct orientation, quantity and placement; remove or re‑route defective items.
• Monitor for foreign material and report any findings immediately to a leader or supervisor.
• Follow Quality Assurance guidelines and halt production of affected trays when necessary.
• Use assigned paper towels to clean tray edges, keeping seals free of contamination or excess liquid.
• Support department goals by maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to all safety procedures.

Required profile

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• No formal education required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to speak English and/or Spanish and read safety instructions.
• Capable of completing routine reports and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
