Aseptic Processing Operator

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Gerber Products team as an Aseptic Processing Operator, supporting the production of nutritious baby foods. You will work on aseptic processing and filler lines, ensuring product sterility and quality while adhering to Nestlé’s safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and monitor aseptic process skids and filler equipment according to recipe‑specific parameters.
• Perform in‑process quality checks, record results in Zontec, and troubleshoot alarms or process failures.
• Execute aseptic cleaning procedures (CIP, COP, SIP) and maintain housekeeping and sanitation.
• Handle valve services, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment changes as needed.
• Manage material flow in SAP, staging and returning materials to the correct locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience; preferred 3 years in food manufacturing.
• Must be able to work without visa sponsorship.
• Commitment to Nestlé’s safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and Zontec systems.
• Experience operating aseptic processing equipment and fillers.
• Knowledge of aseptic cleaning methods (CIP, COP, SIP).
• Valve servicing, preventive maintenance, and basic equipment repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking abilities.
