Arterial Account Manager - Peripheral Vascular (Boston/Hartford)

About the role

Stryker is looking for an Arterial Account Manager for its peripheral vascular business, based in the Boston/Hartford area. The role is field-based and involves working autonomously with physicians and health system leaders to develop, launch and scale PAD and LimFlow programs, in collaboration with Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD and CLTI patient populations.
• Build alignment with physician champions, hospital leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education and program-building.
• Expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios and coordinate strategies with VTE Account Managers.
• Deliver presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert on national calls and training, and support new hire onboarding with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience.
• Current certifications and vendor credentials.
• Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment.
• Preferred: previous experience in the peripheral arterial space.

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting).
• Excellent presentation skills, from 1:1 to large audiences.
• Comfortable in case-based clinical environments.
• Independent work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
