Art Director – Independent Contractor AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to join our team as independent‑contractor AI Trainers. In this role you will craft diverse conversation prompts, generate high‑quality responses, and evaluate AI model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required, only strong communication and research abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and write varied conversational prompts across multiple topics.
- Produce clear, well‑researched answers to given prompts.
- Compare performance of different AI models and provide feedback.
- Fact‑check AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker.
- Current or completed bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing business communications or self‑employment.
- Excellent writing, research, and independent work habits.
