Art Director – Independent Contractor AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. You will develop complex prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- Design diverse conversational scenarios across a wide range of topics.
- Write high‑quality answers based on specific prompts.
- Compare the performance of different AI models.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated responses.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Experience managing small‑business communications or being self‑employed.
- Excellent writing, research, and fact‑checking abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
