Area Supervisor – Retail Store Leadership

About the role

The Area Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for overseeing a specific area of the store and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will act as shift manager when needed, opening and closing the store, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, managing cash handling and security procedures.
• Supervise and coach store associates, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation meets company guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for employees and shoppers.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, including emergency exits, alarm systems, and incident reporting.
• Execute company operational processes such as inventory control, loss prevention, and daily reporting.
