Architectural Project Manager

About the role

The Architectural Project Manager will lead commercial, industrial, municipal and other design and permitting projects for Duplantis Design Group. Reporting to the Senior Architectural Project Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of architectural projects from preliminary design through construction documentation and permitting.
• Coordinate daily project activities, manage construction contracts, and collaborate with consultants to resolve design conflicts.
• Gather architectural data through document review, occupant interviews, and field measurements.
• Develop project estimates, budgets, and construction cost forecasts.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, material selections, detailed working drawings, and permit packages for stamping and signature.
• Monitor construction progress via site visits and communication with supervisors and clients.
• Attend client and consultant meetings to align project goals and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing architectural design and construction projects.
• Strong client coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while leveraging office resources.
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
