Architectural Designer (3-5 years experience)

About the role
You will create architectural solutions that positively impact people’s lives, tackling complex design challenges for large commercial, mixed‑use, civic, academic, and cultural projects. Collaboration, teaching, and learning are core to the role, as is a commitment to technology, building performance, and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop design concepts from schematic design through construction documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to refine solutions.
- Apply sustainable and performance‑focused strategies throughout the design process.
- Participate in construction administration when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 3‑5 years of experience in an architectural or interior‑design firm on complex projects.
- Experience across all phases of architectural services, from schematic design to construction documentation.
- Construction administration experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit (preferred for design and documentation).
- Experience using Rhino.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Enscape for visualization.
