Architect III – Federal Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect III to lead the design and delivery of federal projects. The role involves developing technical solutions, producing construction documents, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and specify architectural requirements for federal projects.
• Create detailed models, drawings, and construction documents.
• Conduct site investigations and observations.
• Evaluate design options and recommend optimal solutions.
• Prepare finished plans, specifications, and material approvals.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior professionals and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Registered Architect status.
• Minimum 6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client‑relationship skills.
• Track record of work recognized through publications or design awards.

Required skills

• Revit (significant experience).
• LEED Accreditation.
• DBIA certification (preferred).
