About the role

Logica, a leader in commercial remodeling and construction across South and Central Florida, is looking for an experienced Architect to drive the design and planning of its commercial renovation projects. The role combines creative design, sustainable practices, and close collaboration with clients and construction teams to deliver high‑profile hotel, office and restaurant remodels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to capture vision, requirements and sustainability goals.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes and zoning laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with experience in commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations and design standards.
• Excellent communication, project management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Proficiency in BIM.
• Experience with architectural software.
