About the role

Colberg Architecture is seeking a talented architect to join its Brooklyn studio. The role blends collaborative design leadership with a holistic practice, covering everything from early concept development through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed solutions.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation and construction documents.
• Coordinate consultants and oversee construction administration.
• Handle multiple projects with varying scopes and schedules.

Required profile

• Professional degree in architecture.
• 8–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and design sensibility.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative studio.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with 3D modeling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, permitting, and construction materials.

• Salary range $105,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonuses.
