About the role

Join Bosch’s Charleston facility as an Operations Technician apprentice in a 12‑month, paid, full‑time development program. You will receive hands‑on technical training on Bosch equipment, automated systems, and manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured 12‑month technical training program conducted on‑site.
• Learn mechanical fundamentals and apply them to Bosch’s production lines.
• Perform hands‑on projects, labs, and qualification‑card exercises.
• Shadow Manufacturing Technicians across multiple departments and product lines.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support automated production systems.
• Transition to a full Operations Technician role upon successful program completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Motivated, eager to learn technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
