Appointment Setter (Property Management)

About the role

Simply Leased is hiring a full-time, remote Appointment Setter for its property management business. The role involves making outbound cold calls to property owners to introduce the company's property management services, working within approved scripts and converting interested owners into booked discovery appointments. The schedule is 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time, at $7-8 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners introducing Simply Leased's property management services, following approved scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Navigate gatekeepers professionally to reach the property owner or property manager decision maker, keeping every call warm and confident.
• Qualify leads on each call: ownership status, current property management situation and interest level, then convert interested owners into booked discovery appointments.
• Handle objections warmly, turning hesitant responses into engaged conversations.
• Log every call outcome in the CRM immediately, with clean records, complete notes and warm leads flagged for the team.
• Manage follow-ups and callbacks reliably, ensuring scheduled calls happen on time with a prepared opener.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales, cold calling or appointment setting experience.
• Completed four-year university degree or equivalent.
• Warm, confident and polished phone presence, not overly casual.
• Nice to have: clear, professional spoken English and Spanish, easily understood by U.S.-based property owners.
