Appointment Setter – Medical Aesthetics Marketing

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing firm that generates paid‑advertising leads for med spas and aesthetic clinics. As an Appointment Setter you will be the first voice a potential patient hears, turning inbound interest into booked appointments quickly, warmly, and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound dials per day using a power‑dialer system.
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and cycle through older leads after fresh leads are exhausted.
• Manage leads for up to three clients simultaneously and book 40+ qualified appointments per client each month.
• Confirm appointments via text or call to reduce no‑show rates.
• Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL) and track daily KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments booked).
• Follow structured call scripts while keeping a natural, warm tone.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry or a strong interest in it.
• Ability to handle high‑volume outreach and stay consistent day‑to‑day.
• Availability to work core hours 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST and provide weekend coverage on a rotating schedule.
• US‑based or LATAM‑based candidate aligned with EST/CST time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM) platform.
• Proficiency using a power‑dialer system.
