Application System Analyst II – Converge Revenue Cycle

About the role

The Application System Analyst II acts as a bridge between end‑users, operational leaders, support teams and vendors to design, build, and optimise assigned healthcare applications. The role involves providing application support, collaborating with the Service Desk, and ensuring timely delivery of medium to high‑complexity projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support and maintain assigned applications and related business processes.
• Collaborate across project boundaries, propose practical solutions, and provide oversight for assigned tasks.
• Perform process and requirement analysis, including mapping current flows, eliciting requirements, and delivering cross‑team solutions.
• Maintain relationships with end‑user leadership, address conflicts, and represent user needs during system updates.
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and contribute to strategy discussions by outlining options and trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and across multiple functional groups.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to identify opportunities for usability and efficiency improvements.
• Experience handling medium to high‑complexity application implementations with minimal guidance.
